Local Food & Dining

When it comes to dining on the South Coast, you cannot go past Berry for catering to whatever your needs are. From Casual cafes to hatted restaurants, Berry will satisfy even the fussiest of critics.

South on Albany - +61 2 4464 2005 - Cnr of Queen and Albany St, Berry

Our Favourite restaurant ever….
We might be a little bias as we love Sonia and John due to their infectious passion for all things culinary, but surely being hatted 3 years in a row and recently included in the Top 10 Regional NSW Restaurant list is a testament that we aren’t the only ones. A locally sourced and always evolving menu, in an unpretentious atmosphere, along with a well-balanced wine list keeps us coming back and back at least once a month.

Il locale Gelato - +61 2 4464 3355 - 114 Queen St, Berry

Consistently good Coffee, Great local Gelato and a dash of humour, these are the reasons why we stop in at Damien and Josie’s gelato bar when heading through Berry. Sourcing their gelato from the famous Pines Gelato on Saddleback Mountain, Il Locale are the place to stop for a cool treat when pounding the pavement in the Berry boutiques.

Justin Lils Wine Shop - +61 2 4464 1052 - 112A Queen St, Berry

Right next door to Il Locale is quite possibly the most eclectic yet successful bottle shop we know. Justin has personally written notes visible on every bottle in the store, making selection easy for any occasion. Not just a wine shop, there is bottle after bottle of craft beer which changes on a weekly basis. If you haven’t been here, that is something you must remedy on your next visit.
